Content that shows your business at its best

We plan, shoot and post content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, and reply to your audience, so your accounts stay active and bring in customers.

Social media is where people check whether you are real, active and worth it. Posting every day matters less than posting things people stop for. We plan content around what your customers care about, then use the numbers to make more of what works.

How social platforms decide who sees a post

Instagram, TikTok and Facebook rank posts by predicting what each person is likely to watch, like, share or comment on. Posts that hold attention and get shared are shown to more people. That is why the first seconds of a video matter so much.

Social platforms are also search engines now. Nearly half of US consumers used TikTok as a search engine in 20261, and short video is how most people prefer to learn about a product2.

Your profile works as a second website. Many customers check it before they book or buy, so a clear bio, a working link and up-to-date posts matter as much as reach.

Mistakes we fix most often

  • Posting without a plan, then going silent for weeks
  • Long videos that bury the point after the first seconds
  • A profile with no clear bio, link or way to book
  • Likes measured instead of messages, visits and sales

How the work is done

Most engagements begin with a look at what already exists. A guide from Sprout Social lists thirteen steps for this audit, from taking stock of every active and forgotten profile to finding the best posts, comparing them with competitors and tracing how visits from social turn into sales on the website4. It matters more than it sounds, because three in five Indonesians now use social media as their main way to research a brand online5.

Then comes the calendar. Hootsuite says every planned post needs, at the very least, a date, a time, a platform, the words, the image or video and a link, and it groups posts into those that make people aware, those that help them decide and those that bring them back6. How often to post is a judgement call. Hootsuite suggests three to five Instagram posts a week but says this comes from theory3, while real brands across 18 industries posted a median of 3.69 times a week on Instagram and just under two TikTok videos a week in 20257.

The content is made for each platform's own rules. Explaining its ranking in 2023, Instagram said it predicts whether people will reshare a Reel, watch it to the end and visit its audio page, and that it shows watermarked or low resolution Reels to fewer people8. So a TikTok video with its logo still on it should not simply be reposted to Instagram. TikTok's own guidance from 2022 adds that 71% of its users prefer brand posts that do not feel too polished9.

Picture a customer sending a message at ten at night, asking whether there is a table free on Saturday. In a 2025 Sprout Social survey, about three in four people said they expect a reply within 24 hours or sooner10, so replies and comments are part of the daily work, with anything important passed to the owner. At the end of each month the team looks at which posts brought messages, visits and sales, and the next calendar leans toward what worked.

What it usually costs

There is no reputable published survey of what social media management costs in Indonesia or Southeast Asia, so the only solid numbers come from the United States and are priced in US dollars. In a 2024 survey of more than 100 mostly North American agencies and freelancers, run by the scheduling software company HeyOrca, the average monthly retainer was about USD 2,10017. A typical retainer in that survey covered three platforms, with three approved posts per platform each week and 5 to 10 hours of replying to comments and messages17.

Agency projects reviewed on Clutch average about USD 5,100 a month, though that figure likely includes paid social as well as day to day management18. Freelance social media managers on Upwork usually charge USD 14 to 35 an hour19.

Normal results are smaller than most people expect. Across 18 industries, the median brand post in 2025 drew 2.01% engagement on TikTok and 0.30% on Instagram, measured as interactions divided by followers7. A second dataset of 70 million posts put Instagram at 0.45%20. On Instagram, about three interactions for every thousand followers is an ordinary result7.
